No not yet but i need to! You installing it yourself?

A little bit of progress this weekend. Trimmed up the passenger side rear fender and started welding it back up. Instead of trying to close up the individual pie cuts I added a whole new sheet of metal. Much sturdier and easier to weld up. Should have done this on the driver's side, oh well.

Also started the bumper. Did a little work on the winch plate. Recovery points sit inside the winch plate next to the winch. But because my Runva 12k is so wide there's no room (look at the passenger side of the winch). I'll have to relocate these to underneath the winch plate. I also had to cut out almost half of my grill including the TEQ logo because the winch sits up so high!

I'll have to let Luke answer the pricing details since he doesn't have it listed on his website and I bought a DIY version
The DIY version is what I would want

Yes, ordering rear output seal, bearing, and FIPG from Beno Friday and hope to have it done the following weekend. You can leave the TC in place to do it and after reading some other PT threads and already tackling the VC myself earlier I think it should be pretty straight forward.

You don't need to touch your rear output shaft seal or bearing to put the spool in, but if you need to replace them now would be the time.

The bearing off the spool was the one I was going to have on hand just in case, rear output seal is OK but since I'm at 180K and will have it apart it made sense to do it.

I assume you are talking about this bearing that you remove from the rear half of the center diff and press onto the new spool? I have a fancy bearing puller and shop press so it was all of 5 mins to swap over, but you are right. Having a spare bearing on hand would be good insurance, or would save you from having to remove from the center diff.

Where are you located? I placed an order couple weeks ago and haven't recieved it yet.

Located in Maryland about 13 miles north of the beasts belly. Shipped by a company called TNT into LA and then FEDEX took it from there. The TNT site emailed me every step of the way thru OZ and into LA.

I have press but yes I didn't want to risk ruining the old one or completely yanking the TC, just want to bread the halves and put it in. For the low mud Beno price of $26.20 it seems like cheap insurance, the rear seal is $14 and I can probably do without but again nice to have on hand if I decide to do it when it's apart.

Really Mr. IT guys?? Porn?

Its not a auto locker but a part-time conversion on the transfer case.

Why would you want to ditch a selectable locker for an auto?

This forum is all jacked up today. I swear I replied to this earlier and I don't see my comment here! But yeah anywho it's converting the transfer case to part-time 4x4 from full time 4WD
