Everyone Needs This Mod ....

I know that this has been covered elsewhere on 'Mud, but this cupholder deserves another mention. Every cruiser needs one of these Disco cup holders. I found a rolled Disco and took this out of it. It is a direct fit to my shifter console. All that I had to do make it level was add a rubber washer to the bottom fastener. I just wish that the second one didn't get crushed in the roll over. Now the search is on for cupholder #2. The gray is a perfect match as well.

When I find one, I am going to put it on the driver's side just far enough forward that my knees won't hit it too much. I also have to make sure that there is clearance between the cup holder and dash, but it looks like it will fit well

I didn't think there was enough room to put one on the d/s because of the shifter being there Post up if it works because I would buy another one, I had two but I sold it to another member.

Rovers north (Land Rover Parts and Vehicle Fleet Sales from Rovers North) had a good deal on two ($49.99) . I could not find a 'good' spot for the second one.

I think they are too big so I didn't install mine. I would sell my tan one, brand new in the bag with mounting screws and install directions for $45 shipped to lower 48. Just PM me and I will give you PayPal info.
You can get the matching brown paint for our Oak interior at Wal Mart, I will give you the paint code.

Holy cow! $50 for a cupholder???? Call around and ask the junkyards if they have any wrecked Discos. Mine was like $.50, the parts counter guy didn't seem to care about it all. Too bad the second one was crushed.

I don't believe that these were standard on all Discos, it was a dealer part you had to purchase. Just trying to get back what I payed. I will keep it if no one wants to pay.

No harm meant. I am used to Toyota prices. When I visited the Land Cruiser web sites I was shocked to see that they were so expensive. I can't believe that Rover is prices its cup holders at $50. If a cup holder is $50, imagine what brake pads would cost!
