Hey everyone, got a weird one. 2004 LC100 currently at 329k. 2 days ago it blew up with evap codes.

I think there was one more above this (P0441?). I tried to do a search and came up with gas cap. Replaced mine 4 years ago (140k ago) so I will replace that with a new OEM shortly. Have not completed a drive cycle since wiping the codes.
Was 20 minutes into a drive around 40 mph (back roads just cruising) when the lights came on. Plugged the Carista in and saw this. Any thoughts or ideas?
If this has been covered previously, apologies and please refer me to the thread. I must have used the wrong search terms. Any input is appreciated.

Lol the gas cap thing always makes me laugh cuz even though an oem cap is not terribly expensive I feel like it’s an early Hail Mary.

Check your hoses going to your related sensors, valves also check all the hoses in and out if your charcoal canister. Smoke test might reveal things too

I know in your other threads you’re 100 is well loved. Did you happen to start having rubber hoses replaced in the engine bay yet? Here’s what one of my lines looked like…

Thank you and no, about to start tackling those. Just wasn’t sure which to check out that could throw those codes.

Here’s PartSouq by my vin, there’s a bunch of possible culprits. Personally I replaced most of these myself, super easy diy and it gets you in your engine bay to see the condition of other parts.

It’s long a long url sorry, tried other hyperlinks.

So the codes came back on after a single drive cycle, less the P0451 So only 4 codes showing. Took it to the dealer (just over 329k on the odo now) today early on my Friday appt for the 330k service.. Will update with what was found.

As an update, got the LC back. They ordered the charcoal canister, vent line, and fittings. I turned the codes off, one came back 50 miles later. Turned the codes off again and drove to Tulsa, codes have not returned (so far). Heading out of country for a minute next month and leaving LC at dealer for them to install and go through stuff. Will update when I know more.
