I cannot get my 2001 LX470 to pass emissions. No pending or history codes. My CAT and EVAP monitors will not ready. Attached are the only things off that I can tell with my scanner. But still, no pending codes. I followed the instructions on getting the CAT monitor ready once and it didn’t work. Do I just need to keep trying until it readies?
