Engine Swap-85 FJ60 to 83 FJ40 2F-Information Needed

Hello and I’m looking for some help. I have a 83’ FJ40 Land Cruiser 2F (South America import) that I believe has a bad engine and want to know if a 2F out of a 85’ FJ60 Land Cruiser will swap right out?Any information I would appreciate. Thanks, Drew-NJ

the basic block is the same, the differences will be, in where accessories are located and the smog stuff on the US engine.
