I'm excited to share our latest product: Engine Compartment Lights AKA E.C.L.

I have been building and testing these kits and have gathered great components to make this Kit functional and reliable to provide dependable service when needed.

For overland, expedition, offroad, dual battery setups, maintenance, engine trouble shooting, etc…when nighttime engine access is necessary rely on yodaTEQ's E.C.L.

This KIT comes complete with the wiring harness / water proof LED strip, water proof fuse holder, fuses, pin switch and all the necessary items for a clean installation.

All connections are professionally fitted, crimped and protected/insulated with Heat Shrink Wrap Cable Sleeve Tubing. Harness and wiring is protected by PET Braided cable sleeving, LED light strip is joined to wiring harness via soldering and both ends are protected & terminated by heat shrink.

We have designed this KIT with your engine compartment’s dimensions, hood design and engine bay layout. Our goal was to design a KIT that would be functional, provide dependability when you needed it, offer a very clean design with ease of installation.

Because you live on the other side of the state and my QB arm isn't what it use to be :cheers:

But I will toss it in the mail today on my way to the powder coater

Hmmm...I'm thinking I may get 2. One for under the hood and one for the lift gate...unless of course you have something in the works for that
 
Just an FYI, I used one of those pin switches on mine I made last year and only after a month or two there was either enough corrosion or arc pitting that the switch quit working and you have to wiggle it to get it to work.

But I am up in the 'spray rust and corrosion enhancing chemicals on the road to prevent ice when the road is totally dry' part of the country so I am sure that didn't help at all :meh:

I was just eyeballing that possibility yesterday! I'm not sure whether I want it hooked into the dome light circuit or switched on it's own though...
