Most touchup paint will look matte (no gloss) after allowing time to cure. When you initially apply it, it looks gloss but after about an hour it looks matte. I would order the paint from here:

I’ve been using this stuff for many years, hundreds of different cars (for work). Stuff is great. Does take a few weeks to ship though so that’s a downside if you’re in a rush.
Keep in mind your door jamb paint might be slightly different than the exterior paint and your engine bay paint might not be exactly like the touchup you order because over the years paint changes color due to UV exposure and heat exposure (engine bay).
