1997 Toyota Landcruiser triple locked collectors edition.

Car came from Alabama 3 years ago. No rust anywhere.

The engine was rebuilt 10k miles ago. Redecked, ARP head studs, MLS head gasket. New all metal radiator, all hoses redone(including pesky heater hose), brake booster.

3rd row seating, leather interior is 8/10. Weather tech mats all around. Everything is present.

LED lighting all around. Have original lights. Also have the original radio.

Has alpine touch screen entertainment with android auto and Apple car play. 2 USBs for charging.

Recently had all fluids changed (300 miles ago) including all diffs, transmission, engine, and knuckles repacked with grease.

All windows work, sunroof works, although some trimmed is cracked.

Bought this car recently but it doesn't suit our family needs, the kid keeps waking and wife doesn't like it.

Asking 17,500.


Will only negotiate in person.

Was the bottom end of the engine rebuilt as well or just the head and gasket? Any injector cleaning or EGR at the same time? Looks like a great build starting point. Are lockers engaging still?

Hey Eric, I am sorry I have not updated the listing here to be more accurate

Cometic MLS head gasket, APR head studs, all new OEM main and rod bearings, rings, valve guides, 3 angle valve job, head and block decked, all new OEM gaskets, valves adjusted New all metal radiator, all hoses redone(including pesky heater hose), brake booster.

All lockers engage and have the Japanese hack to be able to lock them outside 4L.

That 7pin mod (think that is what they call it) for allowing 4 low without locking is a nice feature.

Replaced the starter. The new one is a little noisy but works great.
Hit 275,000 yesterday. Still my daily driver, drives like a Swiss watch.

Sorry Eric wasn't clear in my response. EGR was deleted, has a resistor in place to prevent CEL.

I guess the injectors were cleaned, the truck runs like a Swiss watch.

All lockers work.
