Electrical: seat heater wiring—how to?

Installing LX 460 98’ seats that appear to have electric heat in them—working on wiring low-off-high switches but the switches dont come with instructions

Here’s the switch top view;

Here’s the backside; 6-prong
I found this diagram from another mfg;

So here is where I’m unsure/confused;

?-two blades for low and two for high switch position; I’m guessing one spade for each is the power wire to the seat heater….what is the spade adjacent to the power spade for?—ground or common the the seat heater?

OR; does one spade go to the relay and the other spade to power coming out of relay ?
