Updates:
1. Tops being made. We have made 10 tops till now. Work on the doors is being done in the other shop. After the tops are finished we will start work on the bows.
2. I had a son. Son and mother are fine.
Thanks
Ehsan
Congrats Ehsan, I had my first, a baby girl in December, they sure are fun.
Seems like a month of the old sloooowwww boat is what other orders endured. I really need my top, so quicker is better for me. I need to drive my 40 this summer while it is warm and nice, but we still get rain and crap too. My biggest rush is that my 60 may need some engine work, so I have to swap out the cruisers. I'd start the 60 work now if I could drive my 40, but it snowed all freakin day today, wet nasty kind, so you get my drift, I'll quit whining.
Sounds like good progress is being made on the tops, any new estimates on completion Ehsan?
Hey, can I get on the order? Is it too late? Joking. This thread has given me interesting reading this morning. Too bad I didn't become a member sooner. These tops look sweet.
Well hope you guys get your items soonish. Btw gratz on the baby boy Ehsan.
If the group decides to go with sea freight, no problem. I will contact Ehsan and have him ship my bimini top separately via air. I'm willing to pay extra to get my stuff and not risk it being lost or damaged on a cargo ship.
In fact, Ehsan, if you read this post and this is possible, please PM me and we can discuss this if my bimini top is already finished. Thanks. Would really like to have it before the summer.

this works the same for me. I really need my top sooner than later. Being that orders shipped in the past by boat have had damage and stuff, I just don't think that the cost justifies the risk. Air for me please......
I say air, not just for time sake. But it seems every previous order shipped sea has been damaged. Which means more time to repair tops. I would rather pay more to verify my top is not going to recieve water damage
Guys...chill. We are going to ship via air. The importing company that I talked to does both sea and air. I thought I should post both options in the interest of keeping everything out in the open. I will post the air price when l get it. The sea price is about $1,200 not including getting the tops delivered to the port in Karachi which is a 36 hour drive. More to follow this week.
Guys these tops look interesting and I'd be interested in the next go round. Can someone reply with a link for his company, I have tried but all searches I've run come up with broken or timed out links. Given what I have seen of the other tops I'd really like to see what he has available for fabric and color options. I too have ambulance doors and I want to see his solutions for that. Thanks.
