I went to the dealership yesterday to have an oil change and these guys said my 08 LC needed an ecu software update. I think it might have been a TSB? Any who, after the update I have noticed my AC/electronics acting up. First of all, I had to re-establish my bluetooth/phone connection and now my AC system is acting very erratic the first 1-2 minutes after start-up. By erratic I mean not coming on as quickly and having long delays after a start-up. Also, sometimes my system is off at start-up when I normally leave on auto and now it has to be turned back on each time I start-up the vehicle!!

Has anyone else experienced these issues?

Just curious, did they ask you first before updating? Ill be going in for an oil change on the 100 next week and Ill ask them if there was a TSB and to print it off for me.

If it is the same one that they just did to my LX, it has to do with the throttle and brake. If both are pressed at the same time, it cuts the throttle.

As a heads up, my service adviser told me to show up with an empty tank since they fill the tank up as part of the update.

I got billed the cost of gas plus a service charge last time I dropped it off with 5 kms to empty. :censor:

does the tank have to be full in order to do the update?
