I noticed some odd behavior from my brakes, last weekend, and discovered that the RH outboard brake pad had worn with a taper, and started eating the rotor. I also discovered that I had EBC Yellowstuff pads, installed by the previous owner, so I called EBC to get a their recommendation on replacements, based on how I'm using my 80, and to my stunned delight, they offered to send me not only front, but also rear Greenstuffs, for free!

When I asked them what rotor prep was necessary, they also decided to send me a free pair of rear rotors! I actually refused, at first, because there's nothing wrong with the rears, but they insisted, on the basis that they wanted me to be fully satisfied, and my full satisfaction apparently requires Greenstuffs on all four wheels. That's over $500 of gear!

I've never seen such customer service! New customer for life! I couldn't figure out a better place to post this, but I sure hope it reaches across the site.
 
Wow, that is amazing service. I'm running the Greenstuff pads based on recommendations here on 'mud and from some friends. I'm very happy with the performance on the 80. Glad to hear that the company has great customer service too!
