How many exactly do you need vs. how many are interested in the buckets. I have a 79 and don't need them but would help out the cause and buy a few just to get you guys rolling. Maybe Mark would do the same. I'm sure they'll be sold off in time.

Good luck guys
Scott

I could deliver a pair of those #8s to Saline Valley!

I thought I said I would take a pair or two of those brackets.

Sorry Mark I wasn't excluding you and was intending on sending you some. Figured we'd work out the details; I will be sending you a pair of each Mark so you can see if they are what you want. I'll be calling you with my Christmas list soon; and we'll talk more :D

The brackets I hope to be able to post pics and ship out after the first of the year. Your choice of Aluminum or Steel, I'm going to do both. As for the buckets Wesintl was the driving force on those and several folks have chimed in with interest. Wesintl do you want me to start a list for the buckets. Several have offered to throw in $50 for a pair to get this started and I think we'll get many more if we pursue it. Let me know I'll start a list and we can go from there. :)

Here we go guys a set of aluminum and Steel laser cut and fitment is perfect. I took the brand new lights I got from Mark and fit them up and they look great. Here are the pics, what I need is how many sets & what type of material you want the Steel or aluminum. Once I get that info we can have him start cutting them. The steel are much heavier than the aluminum, and I rephrase myself on the aluminum doubt I had. These things are stout, you'd have to whack it pretty hard top bend it. Both are 3/16 or the equivalent. On the finished product they will smooth out the cuts so no sharp edges. Price will be $48.00 shipped anywhere in the US for either one. You can paypal LL9367@bellsouth.net

Thanks to my partner in crime Scott who's helping put this project together, and Stephen Luke for taking the time to get this done for us. This guy's got one hell of a machine shop and more business than he has the time to fool with. I appreciate him taking the time to do this for us.

sweet, steel with no center hole or horizontal light mounting holes please.

AFA buckets are concerned. There is just not enough people right now. I figure it would be around $600 for about 15 pairs. From the list above 8 people would have to buy 2 sets (4 total) each, making each contribution about $75. Unless someone like mark wants to buy ~8 sets. Personally I have probably 4 so I don't really need the buckets but I was willing to help.

Gotcha. Thanks for trying on the buckets. Maybe we can revisit the idea when more folks are interested. I'd love a set to save my lights from moisture and mud. :D
