Shoot. I dont know the bore. I just know they are the original that came out of my rig.

Here are some pics. They appear to be the bore you are looking for. Just a heads up the slave cylinder needs some work but the clutch master works fine.

Thanks for taking time and measuring it up, I am not sure if @Splangy was referring to measurements of outside or inside diameter? I am not aware of the master cylinder in picture being available in 1" bore size and if that slave is a matching combination then it would be 3/4" bore size not 7/8". I just want to make sure slave is correct for what I am after (7/8" bore). I believe somewhere in 1966 Toyota changed this combination. Someone like @Living in the Past , @Cruiser_Nerd can confirm this.
