Ordered yesterday and UPS is telling me I'll have it tomorrow. How's that for service. Thanks Oliver!

Don't be like me and smash too much bumper before fitting this. Even after cutting a good portion, my tuperwear will still show a good scar.

I think, you're asking if I can extend it like this?
How much farther should I extend it?

From your pic, maybe extending to this surface looks about right.

I might go the other way. Curious if the filler piece can be left off? For more clearance against 37s?

EDIT, or maybe that's already by design.

@TeCKis300 cant wait to see your write up on this. I’m looking to install my bumper Wednesday this week before I go on a trip for Labor Day. But your thorough process is always well appreciated.
Same. Especially curious how you handle the AHC bracket. There is a lot of room for improvement.

I will write a more thorough response tomorrow. But the bumper is on with initial bolt in. Need to go back through and loctite everything and put the edge trim on. As it sits, can’t put the rear mud flaps on with the smaller tire extender pieces. Might take them off, might leave them on. Can anyone give me a reason it would be worth it to put the mud flaps back on?

AHC is still fully functional. Will give detailed response tomorrow about what we did for the bracket. I’m tired!

Looking GOOD! Are you asking whether to put the mud flap or extension piece back? I personally will run flaps as more aggressive treads can throw rocks. I don't want to be a menace to others or my tin can travel trailer when towing. Extension piece will just come down to what size tires you're running.

As it stands, I can’t run the extension piece with the mud flap, it pushes the whole thing out a good bit and makes it where the bolt holes don’t align. But that will be remedied by taking them off!

I have a bumper pull trailer, so I keep my mud flaps on to keep the rocks off the trailer. Other than that, I can't think of many reasons to keep them.
