I did use a fair amount or Kroil. Nothing broke though. My swear jar was running over the last 2 days haha.

This was my broken bolt, when it broke I felt a great feeling of dispair. Like I just ran over a baby rabbit. Thank goodness it was one of the easily accessible ones.

Out of the motor or engine?

All I can think about is a couple of DT headers taped on to the side of a washing maching! lol

This question may expose my one-banana expertise, but would pulling the engine out to install headers make it easier? Or is pulling the UZ engine that much more of a PITA or something else altogether?

It would make the heater Ts easier access. What else might one do while the engine is out to make it more worth while? Engine mounts, preventive starter rebuild, other?

(I'm ready to duck the tomatos now.)
