DS wheel squeek

I noticed my DS front wheel squeeking at slow speeds, almost like the sound of a slow leak on the tire. I raised the front and spun the wheel and it sounds like its on too tight. I did a complete birf rebuild last fall with no problems except the outer 54mm nut was loose in the spring retighten and fixed my 12/6 oclock play on the wheel.
I didnt tear to heavily into the wheel this weekend beacuse of time and also wanted to check the forum. All in all everything looks good, including brake.
Anyone have similar symptoms?? what to check??

Had a squeak once that was seal related. Fricken forgot to grease the seal. After about 20-30K it stopped. Squeaking that is.
