DS Door Mirror Replacement

Hey 'Mud,

I'm really going back and forth on what to do about replacing my door mirror. There are some good used options on ebay, and I'm assuming that they all have heated glass, as it seems the ones I'm looking at are from US spec donor 100's. This would be the easiest swap to me.

Where I'm getting hung up is on the electrical connectors. How can I be sure I'm getting what I need? So my question is this, can anyone describe to me the connectors I'm looking for on the donor mirror? One plug for adjustment and heat? Two separate plugs? I've looked at the EWD and I'm still confused unfortunately; I need your collective help.

Wish I could help, but it has been years since I replaced the PS mirror on my rig. IIRC it was very simple, literally "plug and play", maybe one plug.

Ok thanks @SmoothLC, that's some help at least and I appreciate you taking the time. I suppose if it really doesn't work I could try to return it or resell it.

Well, nobody is looking at this, but I pulled the trigger on an ebay deal. I'll update this thread with my finding when it arrives and I tear into the project. There's not much info on mirrors on 'Mud, so hopefully it will help someone in the future.

Bumping this. Broken mirror on my '05 LX. Have a parts truck '99. Anyone have details on how to take apart and put together the mirror assembly?
