I think I used a credit card, cuz my debit card wouldn't work overseas.

The code for this device is 1234.

The original eBay seller the OP used (the one in the US) was not selling these anymore. I bought one from a Chinese seller - made an offer for $13, + 6 shipping and they accepted.

When I tried using mine today, it would not accept the PIN number. Turns out my device uses a PIN of 6789.

Someone else might run into this problem, so thought I'd share.

Anyone used the MPG calculation on this much? Mine was giving me much higher numbers than I expected, but I haven't used it much yet.

not really, but I know you have to put in vehicle weight

works on my android tablet running honeycomb OS.

Someone gave me a free old android phone so I bought one of these and Torque. Works great.

yes it does show coolant temp in real time on the Torque app. i have never tested how accurate it is though.

It's as accurate as any coolant temp sensor. Seems spot on with mine.

Are people leaving these plugged in permanently? Since it is on even when ignition is off wasn't sure.

It will definitely put a drain on your battery if you leave it plugged in all the time. I found out the hard way, after leaving the truck sitting at the airport for 10 days with the bluetooth adapter plugged in. Barely had enough juice left to start the truck. I switched to an Ultragauge and my battery keeps its charge fine now.

I also found out the hard way but didn't know that was it/hadn't looked into it yet. Thanks!

took the phone/socket end from the motorola mount mentioned earlier, ordered these parts from mcmaster

$3.42

and used some plate/threaded rod around the garage and made this

phone sits in what I thought was ideal location, nice little shelf to base your hand on for fingerin'er. also enough clearance to plug in power or rotate vertical

Small tech update, Razr Maxx (and probably all motorola mounts) uses the same size ball for the car dock as the original Droid mount had, meaning straight swap and now the dock has a power plug.

I just got in the EML327 Mini Bluetooth, working on my Droid and the Torque Pro App. Love it! BUT... For some reason I cant get it working on my 96 LC!!! Working fine on: 12 Ford, 06 Audi, 96 Saab, 01 Toyota, 07 Nissan... wtf every other car in my driveway work fine. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing any issues with this set up and their 96 LC?

Works fine on my 96 LX

works great on my 95 80 and a Samsung S3

You might have a pad pin in the connector or something. I would try a hardwired device to see if that communicates. Autozone should be able to test that for you.

I bought mini blue one a week ago or so for my 95 for 10$, it pairs up fine with my tab, but when I go to the torque app it doesn't read the obd for some reason?
I'm using Samsung galaxy tab 4
Can anyone help please?
