Donor engine not firing. (2 Viewers)

Replaced busted 3FE (head gasket) with running 3FE long block. All fluids, ground wires (3 each) and quick connect plugs reconnected. Engine tried to fire twice then nothing but turning over since. We are getting spark/fire to the distributor but nothing past the distributor. Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated.

Check the cap and rotor?

I've only done either on small engines, but I would have thought a headgasket would have been easier than an engine swap.

Thank you, OSS! Confirming all fuses in cabin check out. Could not locate fusible link, only connectors near battery. Any chance of refrence?

fusible links should be right off the positive terminal of the battery

Check the cold start injector after you’ve confirmed your fuel is being pumped in.

Check for codes because if the CEL will give codes that will narrow down the problem.
