Do you daily your “built” 100?

I bought a diesel to get better MPG's for my commute but I prefer driving the LC any day, hands down. With the cost of gas prices now, I just have the wife drive it since her work is further than mine.

Jesus that’s a sexy rig, miss my black 80 sometimes especially now with $5 petro. But with that said is there honestly anything better than driving a ****ing land cruiser? I think not because it’s all that I’ve been driving since 2004.

Thanks! My next tires will be 35s, I just want to stay at the same “power level” as with my 33s. If I can maintain my 12mpg that would be nice too.

Side note. 200 mile round trip this morning to get this little guy. Storage space just quadrupled

Any more info on that rack over your spare tire? How does that bad boy mount up?

I drive mine daily, but I work from my home office, so the "commute" is to drop a kid off at the magnet school bus stop 4-5 mi out, then swing by the gym on the way home. I might add a hundred miles a week on a real heavy week. If I ever have to pick up a long commute/ work in an office again, some of the other members of the fleet (01 S2000, 98 Ranger) might get shifted around, but for now... this is just fine. Both of those get about 20mpg, too, so...

I'm juuust starting to get it out for that here and there too- I've spent the first couple of years with it just making sure it'd make it home/ catching up on maintenance stuff it needed.

Nice, that's the way to do it. That was a sweet water crossing.

Yes, I daily my 100 since I purchased it in 2013. 13 mpg, but thankful the LRA second tank means fewer stops at the wallet robber.
