Really sorry to hear that Kyle, we will be thinking of you.

On the HAMOM front, I have to grill for the neighbors party at 5:00 so I can't stay longer than that maybe a bit sooner so I can run to the store.

I need to replace my radiator and CV boot. Anyone have the CV boot tool? Never replaced either so I figure it would be a good one to learn and know for future reference. Not sure what else is on the plate but I can be there first thing to get started!

Condolences Kyle.

I am planning to be there.... maybe with a small wrench also.

Guys, I have been out of the picture awhile since I came to the meeting with Kyle back in February. Kyle mentioned the HAMOM this saturday, what time and where at?
I have a few things I would like to get done, power steering rack, valve cover gaskets, random suspension clunk at low speeds, etc. I may not do any but maybe I can come by for a bit as the schedule allows.

just came in from mixing and pouring concrete(after a short nap).
It sure is easier with 3 people. It was drying almost as fast as I was mixing and pulling it.
I will finish it in the am, after a good nights sleep and a wee bit cooler...I hope.

Thanks for all the help guys and cheers to a VERY hot But successful HAMOM. Laying concrete was an added bonus in that heat haha!

On a serious note, glad to help dbenke on the bay he so graciously lets us use!

Sorry I missed the event and opportunity to return a favor to Benke... I must say, Charlotte is a whole lot cooler than Charleston (temperature). It was a beautiful day yesterday, we did a lot of walking in an area I'd never seen before. Was that Erik's SuperDuty? What's up with Elsie? Bessinger just picked up a white Ford truck as well, but I'm not sure if it's a 150 or SD...

We missed you!

Not sure but I think they are trying to start a Low Country Fords club behind our backs...;-)

Just finished the concrete, got cleaned up and going to eat with my folks for fathers day
should be a good day

This morning 3 windows worked, this afternoon 4 windows are working but the steering wheel is still on the wrong side.
I can now join the "all 4 windows working" club too. I think all my sunroof needs is lithium grease on the tracks. I'll take 97* in the shade over 10* in the winter any day, so no complaining.

David, we don't mind pitching in again when you widen the support or frame, just let us know. BTW, for those who missed the concrete pouring, Vitelli kept writing his name in the concrete and David had to keep smoothing it over.

Sorry that Gman & I had to pull out early with my Ford. I'm waiting for the body guy to finish the paint work and mount the 1/2 doors - and he's bending a custom rear roll bar so i can run a family soft top. He's got Elsie for final fit and paint. Hope to have her back this week.

I wish we could've stayed longer & helped with the concrete, but a happy wife makes for a happy life. Hopefully, we'll get more time at a future HAMOM, and repay our thanks for all that David and each of you other guys do - except Matt for writing in the wet concrete. :moon:

Glad to hear your windows are back to working again too @Beau Diddly! Did you end up just replacing the rear switch or did the original one cooperate when plugged back in like mine did? Sorry I had to bail before the concrete work too, but I'm definitely game for helping frame up or whatever else is needed. Maybe we can bring a couple of beers over to @dbenke s one evening soon to help keep the ball rolling?

As you could see, the PO had worked on it with no luck. I continued checking switches and wiring, and everything was fine. I reconnected everything and it worked. The hard part was getting the window channel on and aligned, but it's finally working.

I thought the Hamom was this coming saturday? Was it changed?

Hey man, If you look at the calendar on the site it should have showed the 20th, sorry for any confusion.
