Picture.. flaming rolls of gasoline soaked TP blasted out over that neighbour you dislike’s yard!

Do I need a gasoline soaked toiletpaper roll cannon in my garden to fire flaming rolls at the neighbours?..

maybe!

Am I getting drunk.. yes!

They say,

“Neighbours, can’t live with them… can live without them.”

Doesn’t quite seem right… 🤷‍♂️

Do they mean it tho? Asking for a generation...

I have a long distance potato planter myself. Not particularly stealthy tho...

That looks like it'd launch a decent sized pumpkin.

Or turkey... (Wkrp rules...lol)

... firing orange marker spray paint cans into space from a piece of 4" drill pipe placed in a 45 gal drum used for burning garbage in a remote camp... not saying who, when, or where though 🙈🙉🙊. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, there were no neighbors within 100 miles.

The tapped hole looks a bit big for a spark plug… although that could allow for a fitting to spray in fuel also.

These thoughts could get us into trouble. Too big for a potato I reckon. Cabbage?

So is this going to be a DIY air cannon instruction thread?

If you light an oxy/acetylene torch and get it to a nice cutting flame and then snuff it out without messing with the gas mixture you end up with an extremely explosive mix of the two gasses. One could or could not have filled garbage bags with it zip tied the tops, thrown them in the ocean and shot them with 12ga flairs. From a comfortable distance while wearing ear protection.

Hypothetically, it would make a spectacular propellant. One could even go so far as to thread a high pressure valve in and preset your regulators to the desired flow. Then you just crack open your valve for a set amount of time, close it and then, boom

Hypothetically. Of course

I made a spray can cannon once. **** did it shoot far. as for the oxy/acc in garbage bags. Yup big boom, I just used a trail of gasoline to ignite. I also went to India when I was younger. They sell 1/4 sticks of dynamite at the corner store. We had fun blowing up termite towers. And then there's the pipe bombs that I won't talk about.

Happy Diwali

Hey Nick, that would get you through 85% of anything you need to do. Including bottle, wire and
stand it’s a good deal.

It is a fantastic deal. I was very tempted honestly. But I think I'm going to hold out for something in the 175-180 range, as it would handle everything then.

If I didn’t already have the same welded I’d pick it up. Seems to be a great little machine.

I understand wanting a bigger one though… I started to see its limitations when I did my steering conversion. It was was plenty to do the job, but it wouldn’t handle more. I bought it for body work, but have used it for so much more. It’s happiest at 1/8” or less.

Based on a quick search:

1/8” capacity
No available replacement parts

PA has 1/4” model currently for $488

Pass imho
Dont see a price on the fbook ad?

Kms has one on sale for a few hundred off right now too. Their magnum brand. Somewhere in the 5-600 range. Instead of 8-900.

Tempting but I know squat about that brand, and so far I've lived without one.

Plus milling machine is first on the list.

FB one asking $500… and it’s 2009 or before, and obsolete part wise. Main reason to go brand name is part replacement. Anything fails on that one and it’s a $500 paperweight.
