I didn't replace the clamps. I did notice there are a couple of different part numbers on my list of hoses. Wonder if that is a Lexus/Toyota thing. Thanks for the list, these match for my '06, did you replace the clamps at the time as well?

Yeah, I was comparing the two lists there, the difference I saw was based on the year, so I cross-referenced both lists to confirm, thanks again for the compilation.I didn't replace the clamps. Of course, I remember now running across that when I did them on the '06 we used to have.Yeah, I was comparing the two lists there, the difference I saw was based on the year, so I cross-referenced both lists to confirm, thanks again for the compilation.
Advance autopart sells these 5/8 x 5/8 x 1/2 tee, very similar to OEM sizing and it's made of galvanized steel so they won't break like the plastic ones. Any chemists out there want to chime in on how this will affect the metal in our cooling system?

Cool, thanks for the info, didn’t think it was really necessary to use the worms on the other connections considering the SS tee’s are ever so slightly smaller IIRC.I used worm clamps with the ss tee's, re-used the original clamps elsewhere
Looks nice and clean! Seems you switched to the metal T’s too, I’m planning on doing the same. From what I’ve read, you’d really want to go with the constant torque clamps on those metal T’s to prevent leakage.Replaced my tee's and hoses this weekend. One of the tees busted during removal, the other seemed to be fine. 2001 LC with 113k miles.

I’m thinking on replacing mine after I don’t think the PO has done them and it has 230k on it. I went to get parts at the Toyota dealer and the part guys told me I don’t need to replace them. Even if they don’t need to be I feel like it’s a good to keep up with maintaining things on the truck.
I replaced the Ts and hoses on my 'new' 2005 LC with 277k. PO had extensive service records but I couldn't find any evidence of the passenger side T being replaced (and all clamps were still upside-down). Driver's side T had failed a couple of years ago and was replaced with an aftermarket T and screw clamps. I thought it was best to baseline the whole assembly for now.
Here are the parts I went with:
87248-60460 x 2 (the T
87245-6A180
87245-6A210
87245-6A190
87245-6A220
87245-6A800
99556-20155
96134-42100 x 8 (clamps)
90467-19022 x 4 (slightly smaller clamps used on both 'bottoms' of the Ts.)
Obviously replacing the hoses makes this job even easier - I scored and cut the original hoses off so I didn't even wrestle with it much. I did use some soapy water on the hoses and nipples to make everything connect easily.
I found that my middle-sized Knipex 10 inch slip joint pliers were extremely useful for manipulating the clamps.
Below, my takeoff parts, showing the non-oem T and the two sizes of spring clamps.
The most expensive hose was $22 from McGeorge Toyota. I didn't total up the T only install because I bought a few other parts too, but you can plug all of those numbers into their website to get an idea. Toyota Parts | Toyota Online Parts | Genuine Toyota Parts | Toyota Parts OnlineHow much did all the hoses cost you? I’m guessing those part numbers below the heater t’s are the hoses. It seems like each hose cost around $15-$35.
