Here is how my DIY kit turned out.

Had my brother weld it all up...

These don't show the webbing behind the wings welded in, but they did get added...

I then sand blasted everything before primer, paint, then clear. I choose to try and color match the lower half of our Lexus with paint since it has a lot of metallic in the color, same paint as I used for our roof rack as well.

Time for install...

Frame prep'd (front plates removed and frame drilled), on to install:

Winch in (still need to mount control box and feed it with rope), lights mounted, corner lights drilled for LED blinkers, license plate mounted (Washington state requires it), basically finished, for the time being:

I did get the full brush guard which I still need to weld, paint and mount. I'll shoot some more pictures once the brush guard is mounted too.

I just wanted to say Thank You to benc, fit & finish of the DIY kit was great and easy to assemble!

Thanks for pics Jb! Looks great!!

I'm not sure if I have mentioned it yet but if you don't want to see the washer reservoir so much you can remove the plastic cover and paint the reservoir black. It will look much cleaner.

Great idea, I'll have to do that, the cover does stick out like a sore thumb!

Finally finished with the first batch of 30!!! It was definitely a big undertaking but after my upcoming vacation I think I will be ready for the next batch. I all ready have a couple orders that I will start on as soon as I get back. If any one wants in on the second batch let me know. I think a batch of 10 would be a little less overwhelming so I think I will shoot for that.
Thanks again guys for all your support and patients!!! My original goal was 5 and now I have already sold 30! I think there will be 6 or more guys running my bumpers at 100s in the hills so that will be pretty cool to see

@benc - how's that roof rack project coming along?

^^ I have not had time to work on it but now that the bumpers I done I will be able to spend some time on it. I'm hopping I will have it into production by the end of September.

I'm hoping you find a local 200 to use for a day or two and mock one up....looking forward to seeing it.

@benc

Any new thoughts about a rear bumper?
It's in the plans, I have already talked to Luke at 4x4labs about building my rear bumpers to accommodate his swing outs, his swing out design is the best I have seen so that's the plan, dissent offroad rear bumper with 4x4labs swing outs. I'm not sure it a timeframe but it will happen hopefully in the next 6 months.

Really like the seamless look on the corners (without the corner wing bolt bracket things at the angles)

Would love to see some more images of the truck at different angles especially with that gamiviti rack color matched.

Good work.

Awesome..and both of you guys are planning to be at HIH 5....good to see some collaboration between guys that are doing great work.

Is that premature shackle deployment or practice for the HIH comp?

Look great btw
