Done and done. Not sure why yours is so much cleaner than mine 😂

Thank you, sir! Looks like I got the spacing correct, but I managed to strip 2 of the mounting studs.
More on that later 🙄

Wings are easy, even at night.

1) cut some fake metal
2) cut a notch (orange tape)
3) force the wing on over the trim. Mark your desired gap with tape, remove wing.
4) cut some more.
5) repeat on other side.

More snip snip cut cut:

Stock Fog connector cut off and replaced with Rigid supplied adapter. Stock wire gauge looks to be 20, and rigid is 16-18; however, total amp draw on the sae lights is 1.5 amp.
green is positive.

To-do on the front:
- repair 2 studs
- final trim 5/8" above bumper
- tighten, anti-seize, everything, install bulb trim.

For now, on to the rear:

1) install 2 steel angles on each side.
2) 1/2" grade 8 bolts torqued to 100ft-lbs (make sure you do this before you mount the rear wing.
(use 7/16" bolts on the front to hold everything while you torque to 100)

@1world1love, do you know what these mounting holes are for?

Prepare the rear:
1) remove mud flaps
2) remove entire rear trim
3) unscrew trailer plug
4) unbolt lower crossmember support
5) remediate your rust!
6) slide on Two crossmember supports, hand tighten with longest bolts
7) Find driver side "plate stack". Image shows how it will all mount together

Passenger side (Scary AHC Side):
1) loosen 3 10mm bolts holding the AHC pump (Use the slot)
2) loosen 3 12mm AHC bracket nuts to frame

I am loving the resonator just left on the ground. Not even worth the effort of dragging off to the land of chopped resonators.

Curious to see what bracketry was djinned up for the AHC side so I can plagarize for my homebrew plating on my rear bumper

Weight loss mod with the tossed resonator. :steer:

Most stressful part of the build:
Magically swap out the stock AHC bracket for the Beef one!

(Channel your tablecloth pulling skillz)

1) while holding the bracket up with one hand, remove the 3 13mm bolts holding the AHC bracket with another hand, and then reach around and hold the AHC pump in place with another hand, and then sneak the stock tray down with another hand, and then sneak in the new tray with another hand, and then put those 3 12mm bolts back in to hold the Beef tray to the frame with your last hand!
