Thanks to @benc for fabbing up his wicked design for the 200, entrusting me with a self-install, and for answering a ton of my silly questions.

Mad props to @1world1love for sending me countless reference pictures and measurements!

I'll be back to add a ton more details, but for now, I'm going to blow through and get these puppies mounted.

Front:

1) remove tow hooks and skids
2) Unclip the headlight washer hose and Parking Sensor harness from the lower radiator grill.
3) start chopping plastic. Use this time to perfect your cutting skillz.
4) disconnect the fog lights and 2 parking sensors.
5) Cut along the fender line right above the fog lights. Stay below the second fender screw. The goal is to open things up so you can mount the main pieces. Once the center in on, you can take measurements for the final cuts.
6) Remove crash bar and save the 8 nuts
7) Remediate your rust!

The metal origami here is just *drool*. Definitely keep the pics coming!

In regards to the lower recovery point - is this necessarily a bad thing? The bumper itself with the forward recovery point is both stronger and easier to use no? With more clearance now at where the stock recovery would be. Only thing I don't see is a lower tie down point? Perhaps the stock L bracket tie down could be used there?

Front Passenger side:
1) remove Trans Cooler schroudt
2) notch center bumper trim to accommodate recovery point.
3) Spacer
4) Recovery Point
5) lower Bracket
6) raise recovery point so the oval holes are in-line
7) mark a new center reference line from recovery point to recovery point.
8) cut out center

The hardest part has been figuring out the correct order (I mounted the winch before the control box the first go around) and where to use the various bolts.
Other little questions have been regarding various torque specs, proper gaps, proper alignment.

Greasy grease
Choppy Chop
boom.

Only cut this if you plan on using ben's lower radiator plate. Both stock skids will need trimming as well.

Looking amazing already. Let me know if you need any pics of anything
I should have kept track of the number of times I wanted to message you, but I powered through 😂

I'm done working for the day, so no rush, but can you grab me this angle? (Passenger side)
