I actually really like the OEM gauges. Simple, clean, easy to read, and not overwhelming on the information front. One of the things I have no intention of ever messing with.

Gxbob is funny, he shows you pretty much everything you need to know, keeps the videos short yet entertaining.
Alot of things I wont do to my GX but atleast if I'm curious GXbob most likely has already done it.

Yea, its a nice piece of kit but not for that price. That's a, "I got a bonus" kind of purchase.

As much as I want to mod the infotainment electronics (and I do it everywhere else)… I have stayed stock to minimize gremlins.

30+ years of IT keeps me wanting to maintain stability even at reduced functionality. Not ruling it out in future but still on the fence.

Smart. The tesla style screwn is had in my GX470 was garbage and the GROM i have in my GX460 is also not that good.

I can say though the latest infotainment system GX Bob put in that looks like the last GX460 version is intriguing.

This is a nice upgrade, I especially like that some of the modes expose data that isn't normally convenient to view on the GX, like the tilt sensors. Just a shame the last four years of the model run aren't compatible, hopefully they can fix that eventually.
