I've been using the post by Trapper to follow the vacuum lines and see which ones stay/ go.

Here are pictures of my carb - can you tell me which #'s to keep and which #'s get capped? I think I'm going HAC delete set up since I'm not at high elevation.

Do you know if Trapper is using the HAC ? It's been a while since I've seen the full thread.

No, he's not at least in the thread with the orange vacuum lines.

OK. I did mine identical to his except I used HAC. I will check it out tomorrow. It's just been a rough weekend.

Ok, i think I'm going to need to plug several in the 1-4 reigon and leave the rest hooked up. But if anyone has desmoged and knows for sure let me know how you did yours.

R u able to lable what the numbers r and where they would go for a desmoged rig

#1 goes to the vacuum switch, which you will keep if you don't mess with your computer/ICS. If you remove the computer and ground the ICS then it will get capped.
#2 goes to vacuum advance on the dizzy, closest port to the cap since you are at sea level, 2nd port gets capped.
#3 goes to bsv1
#4 i'm blanking? I can look when I get home from work. I think it goes to the passenger side VSV
#5, #6, #7 are getting capped.
#8 is for AC idle up. the 2nd hose from AC idle up solenoid goes to the branch of tree looking thing on the back of the manifold housing. Cap if no AC.
#9 stays the same.
#10 is the choke actuator? I don't have this on mine.
#11 stays the same.

I THINK.
