Great work.

While working on a few orders, I decided just to screw the dash panel straight to the dash without the adapter. It worked fine and was a lot easier to install.

These pictures don't do it justice, it really looks no different.

Awesome work! Im subscribed and would love to buy when you've got it how you want it! I personally love the two 12v's and the carling switches on the bottom but not sure but id be willing to pay for some spots for a couple of gauges?

Just my .02

Any progress???? :]

Yes, I actually have been working on update for a custom panel for another member on the board. Unfortunately my fab shop really dragged their feet on fitting me, so it's taken extremely long.

I do the have new panel with new dimensions in my hands, hopefully improved, so far so good. Just in the process of redesigning the shelving as the new panels have a larger cut out for the heater switches.

Any progress???? :]

Yes. Check the bottom of the [thread=467126]for-sale thread[/thread]. I'm waiting for Sam to finish up the trim on mine, and I should be able to get it installed sometime in September.

(Moving in a week or so is definitely putting a crimp in my Cruiser-mods style!)

Thanks for being patient :)

I've got a newly renewed interest in this project. My center switchboard is cracked and ugly. If you can provide a quality replacement, I'm all ears :D

I have one here not yet installed. It looks to be an EXCELLENT product. I will post up once it gets installed... later this next spring I imagine.

Fimally got around to an initial fit-up. It looks great. The only complaint is that the left side position of the heater controls sit up against the inner left edge of the bezel... not a real problem, I can still get to the controls to move them rightward... probably difficult with gloves on though. The only solution would be to bevel back that inner lip or better yet: mill a step down from the outside.

Note that the stock cig lighter socket fits with the green lighted ring! The ARBs are just in a panel I had been using earlier. I will replace it with a proper Carling/Contura bezel to hold 6 switches (or cut my own)... same for the lower rectangle... a Carling bezel for fog, rock lights, York compressor, aux back-up etc

On one of the most recent ones, I did expand that left side and to top a bit, so you can get a better grip on the controls. The shelve piece that makes up that side went from a 90 degree piece to a about 155 degrees so with it being a wider hole the extra angle still hides the mounting holes.

Hey Mark, what did you do for mounting? I still have some cutting to do inside my dash before mine will fit, but wondering what those upper holes in particular have behind them.

I didn't put anything through the upper holes yet (I misplaced the "adapter" strip that was included with it... but I'll find it.)

I relocated the cig lighter because I wanted 2 and I wanted to maximize open space for Carling (ARB style) switch panels.
