In the following pictures (shamelessly stolen from Guyute - thank you for a nice thread!) I highlighted a connector that sits on top of the heater unit. The connector has two wires (both black, inside a black sleeve) that come out and go to what looks to be a thermocouple on the bottom right of the heater unit (that thermocouple is visible from the passenger footwell). The connector itself is a vertical 4-position clear plastic job.
Question: what connects to it? Alternatively, how is it labeled (or even shown) in the EWD?
The vehicle is a '94 NA FZJ80. My '92 does not have the thermocouple (but does have the little copper patch on the bottom of the heater unit) and therefore, I assume, does not have the connector either.
