So after 2 weeks of searching here and the intrawebs and follow many directions and instructions and ordering parts I am still at the same point...

2000 LC 400k miles DD/work vehicle it is moving constantly with a trailer. It does not sit and it well maintained.

A few weeks ago while backing up my boat the "vsc/trac light" popped up and dinged a few times. Turned it of restarted and it went away. Next day got in the LC and it came back on. It has been on since. The "lights" are dim sometimes and flicker at the same rate at the seatbelt warning light. Other times its bright.
As you cycle thrubthe transmission gears it dings, or solid buzzer or when in reverse shuts down the whole dash, no guages, no lights, no audible notifications.
When you use the wipers it resets the tachs and dings, if you use the washer fluid it kills the dash just like "reverse" does.
I have pull every connector in the engine bay, transmission, transfer case, wiper motor. I have inspected them and cleaned them.
I have removed the abs/trac ecu and tested the ceramic resonator and saw that should be replaced. So i ordered a used one off ebay and the dash is still acting up.
I am sending my original ecu to fjryder to address the issues with that.
I've got a new battery, a new alternator from toyota (the dash and odb sensor was ready low voltage 2 days into this problem)
Checked the fuse panel in the engine bay and foot panel. Only fuse blown was the 7.5amp alternator. Replaced it.
We did a tune up with denso spark plugs. (Started noticing a misfire on cylinder 8 after this started)
Replaced the coil pack with an oriellys brand one (this fixed the misfire) I just ordered 8 all new denso coil packs. Should be in early next week.
Pulled the nuetral safety switch, everything was still lit up.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check wires at washer pump and rear tail area i.e. in gate and underbody.
Any windshield leaks, which we never see happens with factory install, but very frequent with replacement windshields. Water runs down "A' pillarer into RH & LH junction boxes.

Also check your ground wires.

Thank you sir! I'll get on this today and see if i can track this down!

A LITTLE UPDATE:
Alternator from toyota dead again, bought another from napa while waiting for the toyota to get a replacement, it was DOA, so I ordered another.
The new alternator (replaced battery at the same time also, again) it is working but dash is still going bonkers or not working at all or side gauges at 25% with no speedo or a bouncing speedo and half a tach, buzzer still sounds for 5 mins solid buzz.
Vsc and trac light still on and sometimes CEL and the notification lights flash at the rate of my seat belt light flash.
Ran a continuity test on all my wires coming from the alternator to the small fuse box (checked fuses- all good) to the battery and they are good.
Also replaced wiper motor, wiper switch w/ relay and the light wand switch.
Replaced coil packs with new denso ones and denso spark plugs (it was time for a tune up).
Had the ceramic resonator replaced on my ABS ecu.
Ordered a master cylinder pressure sensor (tech stream detected that code) it had the wrong connector, sent back for the correct one.
Ordered steering angle sensor (waiting for that).

Anyone with similar issues?
