I've searched and couldn't find much. I was wondering if anyone here has seen or made a dash bar. My buddy has one from Vector Offroad in his jeep and it's a really nice addition. It's made of 1 inch tube so it accepts all of those bar accessories like phone mounts and such. If any of you have purchased or made one I'd like to check it out. I'm thinking of making something that comes from the OS handles and then across the dash. Show em if you got em.

I installed a dash bar that I bought from @ranma21. It attaches to factory mounts welded into the dash reinforcement bar. It’s stock equipment in other markets so what you get will probably be used.

Toyota makes a nice one.

Search "grab bar"

I’m not looking for a grab bar. I’m looking for something that goes across the dash for mounting accessories. I don’t care if my passengers survive. If the OS handles aren’t enough they don’t deserve to make it.

The most elegant solution is @NLXTACY 's dash cupholder thing.

Or replace the clock with something small.

I've seen images of beer taps but not (yet) in an 80!

A decorative tap would just piss me off, it needs to dispense cold suds!

I’d settle for cellar temp and change my beer selection.

Sorry OP, your thread has been hyjacked for science.

So we can put the tap as a duel purpose tcase shifter/tap, running food grade hoses under the truck is no problem.

But we’re do we put the keg??

In the doors, dummy. The evaporating fuel will keep the beer cold.

I’m okay with it.
