OK Im getting really. Frustrated. My Dana 60 Chevy side. Wheel wobble wont go away
Things I've done to try and cure it
New wheel bearings
Washers over the kingpins.
Make sure all links are tight and not lose

I don't understand what it could be. If I Jack the front end up and spin the wheel I can watch this rim move in and out. So I sswapped the front rims and tires with the rear. And no difference the rears run true and perfect and the fronts still wobble any suggestions I'm really confused

What is this in?

What is your caster angle?

so what's wobbling?

any movement when you jack the tire up and try to move it?

None that's the weirdest. Thing I can only see the wheel moving. In and out. When its up in the air and I spin it or I look out my window while driving even very slow driving. Like ideling it dissent move when I shake it off the ground

Are you sure the wheel is seating fully on the hub face? Sometimes the center bore of the wheel is slightly too small, not allowing the wheel to seat fully. Check for marks on the wheel and hub that indicate interference. The other possibility is a bent or warped hub.

That's a good question haven't thought of that ill look tomarrow. Morning when I get off work if its not fully contacting hub would a spacer fix this and how do I tell if my hubs are warped if that be the Case

Pic of the wheel from the outside don't know if it helps or not

You replaced the kingpin bushings?

is it me or are your brakes not looking so hot...

warped rotors can do odd things.

Also, if your kingpin bushings are not so great that can cause issues as well.

Did you figure out if the wheel is mounting fully on the hub?

And what is the Back Space on those wheels??

I'm at work so I wont be able to find out till tomarrow. I'm gonna take the wheels off. Check them. The kingpins are decently new less than 6 Mountbatten plus I added a couple washers on top of them its weird to me that I can spin the wheel and every time around watch it go in and out. There. 2 inch back space I belive

Thx guys for the help hope I can figure this out soon. I'm active duty navy and am transferring from FL to California in this truck in 30 days and need to get this issue fixed ASAP.

Who is the wheel manufacture?

Any idea of the model number/part number?

Any idea if they are hub centric or lug centric design?

What is the shape of the wheel where the lug nut seats on the wheel?

If they are hub centric and you are not mounting them on the correct wheel bearing hub and using the correct lug nuts, you will have issues.

Black rhino. Rims there called imperials I don't know what hub centric or lug centric means.

I looked at that on the website but can't find on there where they sell the adapters. If that's the problem wheels have a v notch for the lug nut that would be lug centric right
