Ive found a place close that rebuilds cv axles for a pretty reasonable price. My question is have any of you had any luck with rebuilt oem CV axles or am I just wasting my time. The shop quoted me $75 per axle with same day service.

Someone on here just put on rebuilt OEM and was happy.
I never had to replace mine so I can't comment on longevity of non OEM. The consensus is that OEM is better but I have not seen any threads stating after markets fail frequently.

I think it works well, they machine any grooves out of the bell and put in slightly larger balls (ha). You'd only need it if you have an obvious clicker axle.
