My cars voltage drops below 11.5v on idle in gear and often the engines cuts out , the idle is 600rpm , if I put in neutral at 700rpm the voltage is a13.5+. Can I increase idle on tech stream ?. I have3 big amps in car thats what kills it on idle

Not sure about the tech stream part, but if your alternator is a original Toyota one, if it's still in good condition, you might be able to get away with just replacing the brushes.

So if you don't run the amps, the voltage doesn't drop?

The auto electrician thinks the idle is a little low so the amplifiers suck all the power and it stalls. If I increase revs on throttle , all good. So 2 things what should the revs be in idle in gear and how do I increase the revs as it’s a 2004 model all computerised

Hmm OK so if you turn off your amplifiers, the problem goes away? If it doesn't then that isn't your problem.
>> I've had some over the top speaker systems in some severally under powered cars . When the subs not hitting, the voltage should recover. It shouldn't die if you are just sitting there not pounding the subs

Your idle may be a little low, but increasing idle speed via techstream or mechanical fix ( adjusting throttle cable ) is not a good idea and isn't like working on old carbureted engines. You may just need to clean throttle body along with the MAF + a battery reset. that would be the easiest, cheapest, and first thing I'd try before diving deeper

I think your 2004 is drive by wire / electronic throttle right? IDK

I live in uk and 2003 model is electronic throttle, I’ve cleaned everything, and yes amps disconnected it’s all ok , soo I was hoping to just increase by 100 rpm
