Event: CSC Dinner Organized by: Packetstormin
Place: Macayo's (Scottsdale)
Date: Saturday, March 31st Time: 700pm
Photography by the one and only Jackson

The day started out on the rather warm side as I think it was the 1st 90 degree day of the year but as the time apporached towards the dinner hour, the sun was setting and a slight breeze appeared which created a pleasant atmosphere on the patio. People started arriving prior to 630pm. I pulled up around 630pm and realzied that parking seemed to be an issue at that time as a scoured through the parking lot to find one open space which I quickly occuppied.

Having this event outside on the patio was a great idea as it was just for CSC. Little name tags were provided for everyone to write there name on so we would actually know someone by there first name rather than mud name.

As 700pm approached everyone started to show up. The placed filled up quickly. Everyone just randomly picked a spot to sit. I did not do an official headcount by I would say there were upwards 50+. Anyone know the official count?

Lots of conversations were flowing as well as drinks. Murf brought a bag of goodies and presented to the crowd some questions and whoever shouted out the correct answer first won a prize. I think there was some scam going on at table one as they won 4 prizes. Oh yea that was the table AZTony occupied.

Some of the questions asked, What was 1st year Toyota was introduced to the US? I am sure I butchered that question but I think the answer is 1958. What airline recently had a pilot go bizzerk? Jetblue. What does ARB stand for? Anthony Ronald Brown. I can't remember any of the other questions.

Dinner was ordered. I can't imagine how the kitchen handled all of the orders at the same time in addition to the rest of the restaurant but I enjoyed the food and by the looks of other plates it appeared everyone enjoyed the food.

Some notables:
- Water spilled on AZTony lap courtesy of Tools knocking a glass of water over. At least it wasn't Tony's beer.
- I apologize for not knowing the 2 guys names at my table who ordered late only to have one of those guys accidently start eating the other guys plate and then when the waiter brought out the next dish and gave it to the guy eating who replied, Oh I thought this was my dish. Wait staff immediately told the other guy we will rush your order and get it to you soon, He replied, " at least I have my beer". His food eventually arrived.

If anyone has any notables please feel free to share. Around 8:30pm or so some of the group started to leave and say goodbye.

I want to thank Packetstormin on organizing this as I feel this was an excellent get together...

I know what your thinking group. Wow - this turned out well so why not have the 3rd saturday of the month for a group dinner - LOL.

Thanks again for everyone showing up and having a great time. See you at the next monthly meeting.

Thanks to Packetstormin for the organization, Jackson for the photos, Rudster for the cool report and everyone in attendance for not turning a stranger away, at the door
Nice to see everyone again

Wow, great turn out with great food and service. Justin filled his planning session for CSC2012 and there were many happy club members accompanied by their families.

Has anyone talked to Murf since Saturday night? When Murf was leaving, Tony slipped out after him and we were fearing the worst the infamous margarita bump.

I hope everyone made it home safely.

Thanks again everyone, especially Justin and Macayos.

Water Spillage

Funny how Kevin is laughing right here... thanks Kevin ;)

Saddletramp - There was no consumption of Margarita's, beside Melissa is the designated driver :flipoff2:

Photo evidence (as seen in above picture) shows the water glass directly in front of Kevin is still full just seconds after the "spillage" :hhmm:

Kevin, I think you were set up!

You are correct Murf, that is Kevin's water. Do you see mine anywhere besides my lap? ;)

some goofy looking people :hillbilly:
