Cruiser or Bruiser?

Any suggestions on how much I should ask for the original wheels? My understanding is they will fit Tundras and Sequoias as well as Land Cruisers.

The dealer put Michelin Latitude Tour HPs on it. They have about 200 miles on them.

I had the tires taken off the wheels because I was thinking of keeping the wheels and selling the tires.

So:

1. How much for the tires?
2. How much for the wheels?
3. How much if I want to sell them together, unmounted?

Picked it up today

sweet pics, did they rub at all under full compression? damn that is a sweet looking rig!!!:beer::beer:

Thanks! No rubbing since last trim, even yesterday...although I'm not sure the first pic is full stuff.

I love the setup. I'm really picky about wheels, but your combo is perfect. Those 3 hundred width tires look amazing.

Mind sharing the lift details? Any hwy vibrations? Admirable setup to replicate for sure. Range Rover killer! :D

Not many details beyond what's in the signature - I won't pretend I'm mechanically inclined. I had the work done at Outlaw Offroad in Orange County, CA. They might have some more details on their website. If you call them, ask for Connor.

Zero vibrations. Seriously - zero. I had BFG ATs on my 4Runner, no lift or suspension upgrades, and there was a definite rattle/vibration on the freeway at a certain speed range. Haven't had any problems with these.

I have to say, however, that there is a bit of a drone/hum at freeway speeds. I didn't experience that with the BFG ATs. I've gotten used to it, and my wife and kids haven't made mention of it ever, so maybe I'm just being picky. It's mild in comparison to another 200 I test drove prior to purchasing this one. As I said, I'm no expert, but I'm wondering if it has to do with the trimming needed to avoid rubbing? Anyone know of an aftermarket product, I'm thinking some sort of flexible material, to replace the trimmed pieces?

Fuel economy is fine. I do mostly city driving, but recently had a tank that probably went 50/50 city/freeway and I averaged around 15 mpg. In the city I'm in the 12 -13 range and I'm at right around 20 on long road trips.

I'm assuming I'm not as quick off the line with the wider tires, but to be honest I had the stock tires on so briefly I have no point of reference. I'm still way faster, if I need to be, than I was with the 2011 4Runner Trail.

If you have more specific questions, feel free to ask.

Toyo AT2s are my favorite AT tires on the market. Very quiet. As for drone, it prob has to do with the width as you have an awesome amount of tread being laid down. :)

So you don't rub at all full lock?

How much did the parts cost you? I'm guessing $1600 for tires installed, $800 for wheels, $1500 for Icon fronts, $400 for the OME rears + labor.

Thanks!

That's about right.

No rub, but there was some trimming done. I'll try to post some pics of what was trimmed when I get a chance.

What's the height from ground to fender front and rear? I know the ICONs you have can raise it up to 3.5". Curious what the OME rears got you and what spring rates/shocks they picked for you.

Great to hear that the truck shows zero vibrations. I'm super-sensitive to this and on-center steering.

I agree, most Toyota guys I know if you take the $$$ out of the equation would go for the 200 over the 4Runner any day of the week... I do know a couple that prefer the sportier/smaller 4Runner better, but only a couple:)

Some guys even like fat girls but that does not make it right :)

Sorry about the neck pain - using phone. Also, front tire needs air.
