80 Series died on on the on ramp gas light was on if it is the gas I put gas in and it still cranks over. It sounds fine just like it is out of gas . any info is greatly appreciat ed.

I've seen more than one pump's life end from running out of gas. They have the potential to overheat with out a cool fuel supply running through them.... that could be your issue, check for adequate fuel pressure.

Thanks for the help. Best case senario played out. Had the wife turn it over while I looked in the engine compartment. Wala coil wire came unplugged. First time thats ever happened. All in all thats the cheapest possible fix. Woo Hoo. Appreciate all the help. O yea 94 80 series.
