Kristie & I rolled in at 6 am, made it home in 17.5 hrs, 1008 miles....lots of big fun. Decided after looking at some trail pix in the LSLC party tent, Woodie looks like a younger gayer Rock Hudson.....

Where are the frickin pics? :flipoff2:

Tex, you bitch... :flipoff2:

we rolled in 9:30p Sun night....27+ hours, a NASTY northwind all day Sunday wore me right out...

I'll be uploading my 500+ photos tonight (M)...

Great trip! Jeff and I rolled in at 4:30pm Sunday after 896 miles from downtown Moab. Highlights: got to meet Cruiser Dan and Woody, ran with Christo and Robbie again, Golden Spike, Hell's gate, tip over challenge. Lowlight: Right rear fender flare is toast after Hell's Gate.

Real lowlight: My wife was in a big accident Saturday and totalled her 2004 Sienna. She is OK thank goodness. 85 year old guy ran a red and hit her at full speed, bounced off and hit and totalled another car in the intersection. Said he never saw the light. The Sienna took the hit well but died in the process. Time to new car shop again.

Havis going over a big ledge in UH

Like my spotting technique, leaning against the rock? Oh wait, that's Havis sitting on the rock watching me...guess we have similar styles! hehehehe

I had the best wheelin week I've had yet....great trails, great people to wheel with, and some impressive rigs and driving skills. Camp time only made a fun day better!

(now....who to call for my repair parts list....lol)

That's funny! Do you have any pix of UH waterfall? I've been telling everyone about it. That was a GREAT run! I bet Henry was the first ever up the waterfall backwards.

Hey bitch, start with a fine spline rear!!!
Were you really running a course spline like the guys told me?
Butch

I have piles on the laptop....should have them uploaded tonight. I still gotta find my cable tho for the Thurs/Fri pics...

IIRC, I shot 135 pics of the Helldorado day.....may have to make/create a gallery on the server for those!

<edit> and Butch....yeah, coarse spline all around...been too cheap to upgrade, plus I still have 5-6 sets laying in the shop. 4.88 front and rear, ARB front all pending.....and have a REALLY nice 4x4Labs steering kit sitting on the kitchen counter too....guess it's front axle rebuild time!

If you weren't there, you suck! :flipoff2:

You missed a great time!

We set record time on the return trip, just under 900 miles in fifteen hours. Still amazing to wheel the snot out of the 80 Series then drive 75-80 mph across four states to see the sun set into the ocean last night.

It was great to finally put faces on some of the names around here.

Pics and stories to follow....
