Robbie on white knuckle, behind the rocks.
He went down, back up and down again. He was having fun!
Going up was something. Its on video (analog) and will convert onto computer in a few days!

Had a blast - especially with the Calf. 80 boys.
will post more pics later.

Lal (who rode navie and didn't bring his low down rig on 33" - well compared to the boys running 6" springs and 36"+ tires!). Next year!

Robbie standing at bottom of kuckle (see vertical climb).
He was running Christos new 6" springs and 36" Swampers.

definitely was a blast...far better than the other three years i've been there. the texans had the cure for the weather and forced everyone to socialize which was real nice. i usually don't dig crowds, but butch made it feel more like a family gathering...even if he didn't like my bumper sticker :flipoff2:

Wow, that's some hard core wheeling!

I can see that I've got some learning to do.

Let's see some pics of 80s. :beer:

SINCE YOU BROUGHT THAT UP, HERE ARE THE WORDS TO ONE OF OUR FAVORITE TUNES, WHICH i COULD NOT GET THE DISC TO WORK UP THERE.....

Welcome to Texas, glad that you came down,
you’ve got lots of friends here, take a look around.
They come from California, they come from Ohio,
they come from Minnesota to get out of the snow.

You don’t like our drivin’, you don’t like our roads,
you make fun of the way we talk, make fun of our clothes,
but you clog up our highways, been pourin’ in for years;
if you don’t like the way we do it, what are you doin’ here?

CHORUS:
Welcome to Texas, don’t anybody get me wrong;
we’re glad y’all came to see us, just don’t forget to go back home.

We don’t need your politics, we don’t need your prayers,
we don’t need your moral compass leadin’ us anywhere.
We don’t need your business, we don’t need your art,
we don’t really give a damn how you did things up north.

REPEAT CHORUS

You gripe about our music, gripe about our food,
gripe about the weather here, say it’s way too hot for you.
We hear all your whinin’, and it starts wearin’ thin
when we see our milk and honey runnin’ down your chin.

So come on down to Texas, have yourself a ball,
take the kids to Six Flags, and the wife out to the mall.
Have a good vacation, but then don’t hesitate
to point your car back up the road to that outbound interstate.

REPEAT CHORUS

well butch after meeting you and your cool texan friends i have new found respect for the real texican.:)

That really means a lot to all of us at LSLC, we are pretty much what ya see is what ya get, either too honest or dumb to put on false fronts and such.. :flipoff2: :flipoff2:
