Had some ground brisket and pork left over from another marathon pizza making evening a couple nights ago and turned it in to Polpetti. Those that make them (meatballs) have you ever included pine nuts in the mix? Got the idea from watching Mario back in the day...and this is another super tasty use of ground meat. It was a toss up which thread to post in 😁.

And Italian style roasted broccolini (tons of sliced fresh garlic & EVO) is how we got around another dinner in our very wintery and white conditions.

I too made cornbread tonight! Brought back some super tasty raw wildflower honey from Bishop this week and cornbread was the perfect foil :)
 
There has to be several clones of you running around J...don't know how you get it all done. But you're making me look bad. 🤣

Had a big bowl of Navy Beans and Ham Hocks last night, and finished it up with 2 whiskey n cokes.
