Last night I grilled 2 big ol lamb steaks, bacon wrapped aspergrass, and shrimp on a skewer.
The wife made a small green salad to go along with it all.
Took one lamb steak and marinated it in a Basque and red wine mixture.
Made the other spicy (as per my youngest's request)
And took the shrimp and kicked it up a notch.
@TRAIL TAILOR , that one dish with the egg reminds me of a breakfast dish in our cafeteria at my old job.
Little mexican ladies would whip up a Chile Verde breakfast and put over easy eggs on top.
Man, that was out of this world. Well, that and the home made flour tortillas that went along with it.
