Needing some electrical help: I wired up my bull bar LEDs and everything worked fine...however when I took it around the block and turned the lights off, the loudest, most terrifying noises started coming through my (after market) stereo. Had to pull over and turn the truck off. I did notice before that flipping the switch off made an audible "click" sound through my speakers, but this was a whole other level of noise. I'm reading that LEDs can interfere with the radio, so I bought an assortment of EMI ferrite clips, but this seems beyond frequency interference. (Link to a video the noise - volume warning)
Anyone dealt with something similar?

Couldn't find your post on FB anymore, but I would never ground near a relay and never run power over the stereo feed. The relay click tells me your ground it likely the problem at that relay, but I would clean up everything.

Also, it's not uncommon for some lower-priced electronic accessories to introduce the feedback you have noted. If cleaning up the wiring mentioned above does not fix it, you might want to try some different lights.

Thanks Dan, I took your advice and it worked. I grounded the negative terminal away from the relay, moved the cord off the stereo and added a few ferrite clips and it's working great!

Excellent! That sounded like classic feedback loop due to ground.
