The top left one only has a single groove. It doesn’t feel too bad, but it is prominent. The top right has multiple grooves particularly towards the top of the nose. It would probably need a sleeve. They both might need sleeves. The internal race seems better with the one on the right with the most grooves. I’d send both and let you choose, but the freight would be more.

Just went back and re-read @1973Guppie and saw he is actually looking for a WATER pump pulley. If buying both of these from OP falls through I'll contact you about yours. Thanks
