That's a great deal. Just picked up a 10lb set up new, but when I was looking I couldn't find a decent used 10lb tank for under $80. That was w/o the regulator.

My tank was FREE! But my regulator was $50.
I later found my free tank had a pin hole in it but a lazy worker at Matherson didn't want to fill it and gave me a different prefillled tank.
LUCKED OUT!!
