Norcal, not on fire but it was darn close.
Local high end paint shop guy offered to primer my top.
I kept it in covered outside not very hot garage.

Almost in a week the gutters cracked like all hell.
Then a month or two the roof its self started spider webbing.

Full reboot?

Rinse, wash and refold?

I was only $200 into the sanding and primer so its not the end of the world and the guy has offered to "Fix it" but I'm the kind of guy who runs from bad experiences and goes to higher ground.

Can this be wet sanded and then painted or just have it sanded again?
ALSO: the clear coat was just fine when we sanded the rattle can brown off it and it went well. So its not clear coat damage!!

primer is to heavy in the gutter, and could be bad prep on the other spots. looks rusty around the rain gutter anyways. I would redo it.
