A handful of press plates going out in the morning. The simple things that make jobs easier. These are for removing the old front control arm bushings if you are installing caster correction bushings. Even include a press plate to push out the bushing that mounts the arm to the frame. Might as well change them all when your at it. View attachment 1399643
Really amazing bumpers. That is some serious attention to detail and talent, beautiful designs. I love the Rotopax solution on the rear with the protected fuel packs.
Can I make one suggestion.....could you please update post #1 with all the pricing details for front and rear? This will make it a lot easier for folks to find the info, as currently the pricing is buried pages deep in this thread.
@RDC76
Hi, I live somewhat local (New Hampshire) and I'm interested in your bumpers. Do you have a shop that I can swing by and visit, to see your bumpers in person?
@RDC76 Love the bumper. Any group buys coming up in the future ?
not yet. and the ones I'm doing on my truck involve cutting the rockers out and welding in rectangular tube. I don't want to loose clearance to gain protection. I did this on my last 4runner. SOLID.........Ever do any 80 step sliders?
Dang Rich, those look amazing-FACTORY!!!A cool project in between welding up 80 series front bumpers. I made these hinges to suicide the doors on the unimog project I'm also currently working on. I drew them on solidworks first to check range of movement. the plate is 3/16 thick and cut on my plasma table.View attachment 1415586
