I wonder how the frame is. As a whole, I am not seeing much rust. Doesn't look like a ton of work to get it on the road. Looks like the auction isn't active yet though.

hammer price on this was $2500 fyi. This milage was crazy with a pretty well documented Carfax but no indication of an engine rebuild.
