Just discovered a new trailer builder that is starting out in Ohio.
Similar to the Bantam style trailers we love to Offroad.
All USA sorced product and build.

Three levels of pricing and design.

Check them out.

Afternoon all,

Mark mentioned on Facebook that he made this post. Figured I'd register and answer a few questions if they surfaced.

My name is Josh Manley and I started Manley ORV Company 2 years ago after being frustrated with not being able to find a reasonably priced, good condition M416 as well as the choices for new offroad capable trailers.

After a couple years of R&D and testing, we are finally ready to launch the company. I started the www.facebook.com/ManleyORV page just to document a bit of our journey and most of our information is on that page.

We are officially launching October 1st and will have the website live then. We are currently still building stock and will have it at the level we want for the launch. Currently if you would like to see the models and the pricing, check out our "sell sheet" here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=400521423334980&l=9ad2bc1a55 You can click "view larger" so you can read the text.

Alternatively you can download the PDF here: http://manleyorv.com/sell_sheet.pdf

I hope my post is not out of line, I have inquired about becoming a vendor and once we are up and running we will explore that.

Thanks,
Josh

Welome to Mud, and good luck to you moving forward. There seems to be a demand for that size trailer, and for a company that can deliver.

Welcome! I'm excited to see your website. So pleased to finally see someone on the east coast!

Thanks fellas, I appreciate the warm welcome.

@Pat, we will be able to deliver, we currently have about $60,000 in inventory and are going to hit the ground running. No preorders or full payment and then wait a year for your trailer. You will be able to pay and take your trailer the same day or pay and we can have it delivered in Maine in a week or less!

I'm looking forward to contributing to the forum and not just pimping my goods.

Those are some good looking trailers. I think you will do very well indeed. Can't wait for more pics and info. Good luck!

I checked out the FB page, looks like great trailers and I'd probably get one if I hadn't already been in the middle of a trailer build! Great idea having trailers ready at time of purchase.

Hi all, just wanted to let you know our new website went live. www.ManleyORV.com

There are still a few tweaks to do, but it has the pricing, specs and additional pictures on it.

Hey Josh,

Website looks good. Clean, easy to get around, I like it.

Few things I have been thinking about while working on my pile of junk....

Parking brake - My Bantam T3 has a parking brake and I am not sure I ever want another trailer without one. It is absolutely awesome. No chocks, no rolling away or out of position, less to worry about. If possible you should see about making this an option.

Bed drain - It looks like the tailgate is up a bit from the bed floor. Do you have a drain? Would be nice to have.

Parking brake is definitely on the to do list for R&D. It will all depend on cost and demand for the feature. And if we can retrofit it on a per order basis. So we can offer it has an option without inflating the cost of our trailers for customers that do not want it.

Bed drains we have on all of our trailers right now. Two in the rear with plugs.

Thanks for the compliments, we worked very hard on the website.

Just mounted a set of Toyota FJ wheels for a customer buying one of our demo trailers. Really dig these wheels. Can't wait to see it behind his rig.

Josh- can you provide the specific differences between the economy and elite explore model?

Sure. The Elite is 100% manufactured in the USA, the welds, grinding and fit and finish are slightly, cosmetically better than the Econony. The Economy has the frame and tub imported from overseas, but they go through quality control and we still assemble the trailer in-house. Function-wise they both are exactly the same, it's just the tiny details are better on the Elite and some of our customers are looking for a Made in the USA product.

By the way, I was born in Excelsior Springs and my family is still in Excelsior, Liberty and KC! Always like talking to people from back home!

Can you post up the tent size options--specifically the sleeping area footprint. I need something for a minimum of 3 people.

Can you also PM me pricing for an Explore model with no tent and also a quote with a suitable sized tent. I would also appreciate maybe a few detailed photos via PM of the differences mentioned above.

Thanks in advance.
